can someone please help me ?

is it possible that her lawyer can take pesal persmission from her town court to sent R C R petichun directly using her name and address , instead of korat address or baliff ?

also my 10 yaar little sister sign it becos post man ask her to sign. She dont know what inside . But I am stay seperate from my parents for case . so my family return back to lawyer saying , I am not staying there . Return back to her lawyer using regd. post.

so how her layer can make claim that I am served in her hometown korat.

for summons is it that ...

there should be my sign or anyones sign is valid.

i dont want to give her korat my address. so what should I do to tell korat that I have NOT be serviced/served properly ?

she beat me up and lying all the time. she went back to her home to marry another man with whom she have affair. but she find out that man is married . so now she want to come back to me and i dont want her back.

what i should do ..?

what happen if I ignore r c r ?

what happen if I fight r c r ?

Here i find cruelty is hard to prove ..what I should do 2 fight ?

Please wise Vakil babu give me advise.

We are staying seperate since last 3 years. Married since 5 years. No Kids.

I had very good govt. job in Dehradoon . Her cousin brother was there . and she stay with me.

But later on while we stay I find that she writing letters to some N R I 's son in Canada saying she is single !!. She has email experience from going to cybercafe. She keeps telling me that she is like that Kisa Shanti Ka girl, with all men willing to fall behind her like in Swayamwaar and I should be greatful that she choose me and fall at her feet.Then she tells me to find work abroad and regret marrying someone like me, with limited income. I tell her why u dont work...u can also work. There she says , I dont like this chaalu , sadela indian place. she will go to canada and work and also get her sister to canada and all that.

Sometimes she scratch and bite me.

So I asked transfer to Allahabad where my parents stay. I got transfer about one hap ears after marriage and took her to Allahabad. She stay in my parentral home for 2 weeks and gone to her parents home in MP. Thereafter I write her reg post letter asking her to come. She refuse to come. So we meet her parents and say what you want to do . They ready for divorce. Ok so we bring papers readily becos we already find out she have some affair with another men from canada and america.Some came to see her and things dont work , and some never came to see her at all.so now we dont want her, becos she dont know what is meaning of marriage.

now i get work in muscat , , and she find that out . now she want to harress me by filing r c r. i say what happened for these 3 years when i call u. she bcome emotional and sorry but I know it is all natak. i dont trust her . whaat i should do against r c r ? should i fight r c r in her hometown ...how they can continue r c r without my sign on summon/servinvg ....? Kamalbabu can u explain ...?
