my grandfather who originally belongs from mathura, was working at ordanance factory, chennai. my father was good at studies and never bothered to take any caste benefits, so always applied in general category. Now my father is working in delhi and we belong to dhangar a sub caste of gadariya.
In delhi the caste is under central list of OBC, in my ancesstoral place mathura it is in SC. How can i get the SC certificate issued.
my grandfather was issued OBC certificate of Gaderiya, since there was no mention of sub caste DHANGAR in the Uttar Pradesh caste gazette before year 2000. In 2012 Hon'able Allahabad court has accepted that there was mis spelt of DHANGAR as "DHANGAD" in the gazette in 1980's.
Now how can i avail this benefit for my academic and future carrer. PLS guide.
