Contract papers- a poor carbon copy

I am going to file a complaint in consumer court against a defaulting service provider. I was given contract papers consisting of two pages, one is hand written and one is carbon copy. The carbon copy is of very poor quality. Although all the filled in details are visible in the document but in the photocopy of the same they are not legible. Can it still work as an evidence in my case? Does that weaken my case? What should I do, Pls advise.

Thanks

Keep a copy of the original written in hand, since the carbon copy must have some sort of marking to co relate it with the original one, it should not be a problem.
