Defaulter of Loan

Dear All,

I have taken some loan from different banks and due to the market crase In 2008 I have loose my money and now I have not sufficeint Income to pay this loan amount and pay the EMI. I requested to all banks for give me some funding and rescheduling of my EMI but no bank is ready to do. In this case bank what can do and what I have to do for solve this problem.

Please suggest me I am in very deep depression due to this some time think about end of my life but I have two small kids they stop my for doing this.

Best way to contact some local lawyer to request them to contest in lokadalat . Once you go to lok adalat you can get some 1-2 years time to settle. This is best suggestion. Now don't loose your heart and end your life.

Mr.prayag, at this condition if the bankers filing case against u then u should go to the court and hire the trusted lawyer who u think that he will help u.u have nothing so tell the truth to the court and show some reasonable cause to the court that u r not able to pay the banks EMI.one more thing tell the court that u have childrens.i think court can give some relief by giving u some extended time. dont worry everything will be allright.
