Divorce case court procedure

What are stages in divorce case after counselling? Respondent files reply to the divorce petition filed by petitioner.. then does petitioner require to file reply to the reply filed by respondent? Should both parties produce evidence for all their allegations, or only for the issues framed in issue framing stage?

if required , then petitioner can file reply affidavit.

Then the matter will be posted for enquiry where both sides will examine the othyerside and then arguments

after the councilling if the there is no conciliation next statge is to lead the evidence of the petitioner.  Petitioner can file an affidavit by way of chief examination.  After the petitioner's evidence next respondent evidence after that argument.

The petitioner wants to reply for the respondent' counter, he may file  an application before the same court  for  permission to  filing the reply statement against the couter of respondent.

I'm a bit confused with all these legal terms. So, could anybody explain the terms like "lead the evidence of the petitioner','Petitioner can file an affidavit by way of chief examination', 'Then the matter will be posted for enquiry where both sides will examine the othyerside and then arguments" etc in plain english.  Can anybody suggest some good websites where i could get more help on legal proceedings and terms?
