Can society comittee members deny the enquiry made to them by society member about submission of form M-20 to Dy.registrar of coop.hsg.society.Secondly if denied what action can be initiated against them.Secondly if they try to submit these form M-20 backdated to the authority by scrupulus manner how to find out ?

As a member you have a right to ask about M-20 form to society members .
Secondly it has to be signed with in 15days from date of appointment in committee if that is not the case than their appointment stands dismiss. . You can verify by Dy. Registrar office when had they submitted the M20 form to them .
