Sir thanks for the reply, but i want to know which authority should i approach in Punjab, as i had enquired with lot of people inPunjab but it seems they were unware of 'farmers certificate '.
I had even enquired with agents in tehsildar,s office even they were unware of such certificate as this is not required in Punjab when you buy agricultural land.
Hence request you to kindly let me know which is the right authority who will issue me this certificate.
