We are running a consultancy , where we charge our candidate after they get their salary. Now, after they submit their details on our website , we send them a form(print, fill , scan and send us back) , which says that they agree to pay us after they get their job. Any Better way to do it ? We do NOTE their IP. Lets say, if we dont get that form in hard copy format , and if they join the job , without paying us , can we file a legal case, based on IP ?
How cumbersome to file a case , based on IP ?
