Recently I filed Writ in High court for police was denying filling FIR due to no Jurisdiction . I went as party in person stated that as supreme court gidelines in Lalita Kumari vs sate of UP police cannot deny FIR citing as no Jurisdiction. High Court given direction to DCP to follow commands of Apex court. My FIR is lodged but with less section of IPC. Need to know how to add section of IPC since FIR is already filed with less section
