Hi Yogesh,

Go to www.nseindia.com site and there you can find plenty of inputs which may helpful to you.

Alternatively you may opt for NCFM modules (the details are available on captioned site).  The knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI, Arbitration & Conciliation Act shall be definately a boon.

All the very best in all your endeavours.

Best regards

Daksh

There is no legal requirement except being an advocate rather practically one should attain the required knowledge in the specified field as you are opting.
