Dear Sirs, I am a retired Air Force Officer, a bank has filed a suit for recovery against me in 1999, the suit is based upon false evidence. to demolish my defences the bank has refused to give me inspection of the records and the file of my current acct. they have empannled my original lawyer in 2006, and recently the second layer informed me that he couldn't represent me as he had been empannelled by the bank. I am reduced to representing my self. I have the documents to prove that the suit is based upon false evidence. I have applied for inspection of the registers ets under Sec 6 of the Bankers Books Evidence acrt. Arguements are to be held on 27/09/10. Could any of you please help me?
