Legal Heir

Dear Law Experts,

Please clarify the following, it may helpful for my academic purposes.

1. Whether the divorced legal heirs can claim their parents movable / immovable property from either  divorced father or mother.

2. Major is either completion of 17 years or 18 years?

3. When the nominee is minor at the time of declaration and became major ,still the guardian can hold his responsible or it become nullified?

With regards

P. Selvam
