Why there is delay in listing of shares of BSE Ltd. ? Why Mr. Vimal Jalan like a govt. servant is taking such a long time to formulated ploicy for listing of Stock Exchanges. Due to this people holding the shares of BSE Ltd. are unable to unlock their investments.
