Dear All,
I am purchasing a property in Mumbai and this is under the subvention scheme where the builder has agreed to pay the applicable interest till possession of the property.
HOwever the builder states that this clause will not be included in the agreement and a separate Memorandum of understanding shall be prepared for the same. While reading across the internet, I came to know that a MoU is not legally enforceable.
Under these circumstances, I would like to know if I should proceed with the MoU or should insist for inclusion of this clause in the agreement. I would also appreciate if someone is able to provide me with a draft of the said MoU
