It is believed that you are Hindu.
If estate is self acquired and NO valid WILL is left then:
ClassI legal heirs i.e. Mother,wife, sons,daughters have equal share.
Death certificate, legal hier certificate/affidavit may have to be submitted to authority under whose jurisdiction property falls, to record intestate succession.
