Relinquishment deed on basis of gpa

Hi - My father died in 2008 and we have one propoerty in name of my father. We are four legal heirs of my father's property Myself, my sister, my mother and my grandmother. We want to exectute a registered relinqusimnt deed to transfer propoerty in name of my mother. Property is in Faridabad, Haryana. My grandmother is not well and livs in Dehrdun so we advised to get executed a registred GPA in favour of my sister in dehradun. In GPA it was mention that my sister can maintain, sell or come into any agreement as per power of GPA.

My question is that can she sign relinquishment deed on behalf of Grandmother on basis of GPA. ther is no specifically mentioned in GPA that she can sign rlinquishment deed or not.

Please suggest
