Rights of women in ancestral property of paternal grandmom

Hi

My Paternal Grandfather has transferred his self owned land property to his wife. ie, my grandmom. My grandmom wrote a registered will stating that it would be equally shared with her grandsons ( ie, son's son only). My grandmom died.

My father share went directly to my brother .Will i (granddaughter ) get the share if i go to court?

When my brother is selling/building house in that land, will my signature is required?

Regards

jaya
