Uncle's claim on gifted property from father

Dear All,
My grand father sold a plot for a specified amount to my father in 1979 and registered in his name. The amount is shown in registry document. Later my father built a house on it. Right now, My father and I dont stay at this house and My uncle (Father's younger brother) and his family (wife and 2 sons) are living in it. Now my father has done a registered gift deed in my name.

My uncle has filed a civil suit on me and my father in session court asking for stay so that I cannot sell it and claiming that its is HUF as it comes from my grandfather so he has also right on it. He has falsely mentioned also that he had sold some of his properties to build some floors in this house. We filed the counter claim asking for vacating the house and served the notice too. After few hearings he has asked "Not press" against his stay application and now contesting against counter claim.

Is it possible that he can get share from this property? What are the chances do I have to win the case?

Any response/suggestions are highly appreciated.

Regards.
