Dear sir,
I have problem regarding agricultural land, sir, judgement came in favour of me in the high court HYD by supporting the lower court decision.she went for second appeal but the same was also dismissed . Again she file a petition in the lower court for same subject in sr. civil court kakinada EastGodavari.the same was dismissed .Now again she went for the high court for same subject for money suit . is it possible appeal in high court once it was dismissed in (1st and 2nd appeals )in high court.while it was in the court does the previous judgement valid or not plz clarify me
