Please i have question .
My mother has got a tenant and he has filed a suit that he want will extend the tenacy/rent for 2 more years
he has filed 2.5 years back and it is running at juinor judges court.
Can my mother appeal to senior judges /District court to complete the case quickly and she is 65 years old and having medical problems.
My questions are. if she goes for appleal how she need to go for upper courts
Request to teel me the procedure.
How to appeal the court to fast moving of the case
