I am buying an Agricultural land that is very big, about 1.5 acres. I intend to construct a house in part of the land.. about 15-20 cents of it and the rest of it I will want toutilise as farm land, doing organic farming... like growing my own vegetables, fruits etc.
Can you please help me understand if there is any legal formalities or planning permissions needded to construct a house in that agri land? OR is it permissable because I am doing my own agricultre in the rest of the land staying there?
Kindly help me with the details of any legal proceedings or obligations i need to fulfil, for this.
