my wife filed 498A against me&my parents in 2004 .It was acuitail by Dist. court in 2008
I got divorce in2010 from her in op filed by me in 2004.They appeld it in HC.
she filed petition in HC for condontion of850 days for appeal in498A ,but it wasdismissed.
Now recently she filed DVC aginst me&my parents.Is it maintainble? can I go for sqush in HC?

Diffirent HC has decided this questions diffirently. The writs are pending in SC for clarity on this issue.
