Enrolment issue in West Bengal

I completed LL.B. in 2014. I am presently working.

I have the following questions:

Q1. Can I enroll in the State Bar Council?

Verbally, they are saying that fulltime working persons are not allowed to enroll. But, I can not find any such rule. Whereas, some lawyers say that I can enroll as a ''Non-Practicing Advocate". Please help.

Q2. Can I sit for the All India Bar Exam?

Dear Maharaj,

Thanks for the reply. But how can u say that.

They say....

A person who is otherwise qualified to be admitted as an advocate, but is either in full or part-time service or employment or is engaged in any trade, business or profession shall not be admitted as an advocate.
