Hi all,
My brother family has asked me to give them a loan for which said no. as i am not willing to give them. Now i heard that they are trying to put a false case on me that i have treatened them with rowdies when they came for money..
In this case how can I prove that i am not guilty if Police approach me. Can i ask for a lie detector test to prove that i am not guilty...Please advice...

You cannot prevent them from filing a false complaint. When police call you for enquiry you can prove your innocence, but beware they are police if other side paid ransom amount they will favour or if you paid ransome they will favour you. So be careful.

Rajeev is right .Police is the most corrupt department of our country .For the money they can not only do what the Rajeev said but also can ask for the money from you too .Be carefull and better ask for the services of a good criminal lawyer .

Lie detecter test is not any conformatory test and not admissible by the court as an evidence .It is the right of the I.O. that if he think it necessory ,then he can go for it .
Anyway,if the complaint is in the bailable sections,appear before the court and get the bail else go for the anticipatory bail .

Logically if they have the guts to implicate you in false cases you must have sound reason to ger rid of the same
It all depend upon the cirumstnces under which they implicate you
