Hi Sir,
I was about to buy Samsung cell phone from Flipkart .com online. After making transcition from my account they cancelled my order and after that they send me a message that my payment will remburse with 7 to 8 days but i did not received my payment after 2 monthe . whenever i am calling them they always told me that we are raising my complaint. But til the date my problem did not resolve. I want to ask that can I go against them in consumer court and file a case regarding mentally harrasment and compensation .
