I have a doubt in my mind. Why do garbage collectors, Cylinder delivery person are asking for tips? Is their salary not good enough for their survival? You might think why are you posting this just for 50 or 100rs. Am I the only person giving money? No right, how much is the population of every city? How much customer will each agency have? If they get money from all, then how much will it cost totally?
I understand cost of all basic needs has been increased. People working in corporate companies are not earning lakhs. Even their basic salary is 15000 and they don't get much increment. Then how do they expect to give extra tips when we people are running our family in budget and with emi.
Might be am over reacting to this. But I just want to know others opinion also in this case.
Is it a legal query? Do you give tips in restaurants? If you are not willing to pay tips, avoid it.
