We are the owners of a 3 BHK flat.
We have allowed our family friend & his family to reside rent free in the flat as he was in a bad financial condition. We have not executed any document in this regard.
Very recently, we approached our family friend and requested him to shift from the premises, but he was non co-operative and non-committal about shifting along with his family to some other premise. We want to take legal action at the earliest.
