Please guide me, as I am the absolute owner of my house which was gifted by my late father in 2006. My father expired in 2017. In 2017, my sister alongwith her daughter asked me that they are having some problems in their rented property and they wanted to stay in my house for 2-months. I allowed them on compassionate grounds to live with us. Now, she is making trouble and abusing my wife, mother and other tenants as well. I asked her to vacate the house but she is refusing. What should I do to get her removed from my house, please advise.
