I have given the flat in Mumbai on leave and license agreement for 11 months and its expiring soon.
Tenant didnt gave rent on time and their cheques were bounced earlier. Last month rent cheque is also bounced.
Tenant is not giving clear intention to continue or leave.
I think tenant is having no intention to vacate the flat or give any rent.
Please advise
1. What action can be taken against the bounced cheque
2. What are the recourse for re-possession of house at the end of lease expiry. I know i can give notice under section 24, but needed a detailed process steps for eviction.
What are the precautions to be taken.
