Dear Friends,
Can there be multiple persons as licensees in case of Leave and License Agreement.
For example, A, B, C are brothers and approached a flat owner tp take the flat on rent. In this case can the names of A, B, C be entered as Licensee ???

Yes you can do it with tri-party agreement

Yes there can be multiple party as licensee.
name of all licencees will be written and at end of introduction para of all licencees , it will be written ""herein ref. as Licensees"
