In a Registered lease Deed containing a Lock in Period clause to the effect that the tenant say A, is required to pay the entire rent of the Lock In Period if he vacates within the Lock In Period.
What happens if after the vacation of the premises by the tenant, the Landlord leases out the same premises toanother tenant say B? Is the tenant A still liable to payteh rent of teh Lock In Period?
