Need an expert advice..

HI !

Is memorandum of family partation deed need to be registerd ? or it can be widout registration .

is dis doc. is valid in court of law ? nd it shows clear ownership title. ?

Plz ..sir..advice me accordingly.

partition deed shall be registered then only it is valid document. it is valid int the court of law and it shows title

yes it is admitted in DCLR Court.thn it is valid

Yes sir same deed addmited in DCLR court . so it is now valid.
