Since the case has been filed you have NO other option than to contest it on merits.

Visit local counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/civil matters.

Your counsel shall help you and relate with mother document say: Shajra-e-Aks and chain of documents in title.

what about the Encumbarance certificate of the property, regarding continutity of the document from 1886?

EC is in favour of our name since the purchase.

The authority under whose jurisdiction property falls should have whole record from beginning and link docs.

You may also try with them and obtain mutation records with all link docs.

In court your own local counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/civil matters, can defend you on merits.

He has no records except the 1896 document. He claims that the said property comes to him by oral settlement through 2 /3 generations all the way from 1896.But We have all the revenue records like sale deed, patta, property tax water tax etc right from 1927.
