I am a successful candidate of a recruitment made by Ministry of Commerce. My position in the Merit List is No. 9. First Seven candidates got Offer letter among them 6 have joined the organisation and two resigned within the validity time of the Panel. My position is 2nd of the waiting list candidates. So can I get offer letter because as per my above details Three vacancy arise? so please help me. One of the advocate said that Resigned posts are not treated as vacancy in the validity period of the panel. So please help me to resolve the matter.
