Its Great Pleasure to have you. we are looking to set up one small scale warehouse service under youngenterprenuer.
As we have one issue regarding Buying Land which is already N.A Land under 63AA & N.A order under Jila Panchayat at 1998.
Now Question is that wheather we can buy Land from seller whom already run this warehouse [Buy at 2011 year]
Is that any restriction on buying or selling land under N.A permission of 63AA
Case Fact
- Land originally Buy Under 63AA at Date of order issue 1998 & N.A from Jila Panchayat in Gujarat
- warehouse is already build up and all tax including construction tax paid by seller ruler since from 2011
- No Breach of condition like seller made construction on land with Town Planning Approval Drawing with in 3th year from purchase also provide warehousing services.
- we would like to buy such land from seller From Industries to Industries
- Is their any Premium Matter as per above case of fact ?
- Can we buy such Property as young enterprenuer ?
