Hi Everybody
I have a question running in my mid. I want an answer with judgment.
Suppose an appeal is preferred against the order of the High Court in the supreme court. The Supreme court did not put any stay to the appeal or order of the HC but kept the matter for consideration.Now since the order of the HC is not stayed,what would be the status of the order of the HC.Is is still implementable. If yes please give a case law to it.
