Possession even illegal possession is considered for tem. injunction. Possession is the matter. To prove possession in actual an unregitered document which susequently be legalised can be used.

It is factum of possession which is to be given prime importance while deciding the question of injunction.Legality of sale deed  shall be seen later on.
