To know the legal procedure

My civil case going on in judicial magistrate court from 2009 (where I am the defendant), still the case is continuing,

Current situation of the case is

  1. Cross examined the witness on both sides has been done.
  2. Argument also done by both side. But still they are extending with number of hearings.

My question is,

  • Is there any way to know the reason of extending the case…?
  • How public will know the exact reason for the extension of the case (Huge number of hearings).
  • Is it possible to control the unnecessary hearings..?

The question

"My question is,

  • How public will know the exact reason for the extension of the case (Huge number of hearings).
  • Is it possible to control the unnecessary hearings..?"

still remains unanswered.
