changing in name

Respected Sir,
My name is DHEERAJ KUMAR NARSINGH SAHANI in 10th General register but it was wrongly mentioned as DHIRAJ KUMAR HARSING SAHANI in 11th,12th and also in B.sc certificate how can i change my father's name.
Narsingh become Harsingh in my 12th and graduation certificate.

No need to change father's name and you can not do so either. You can contact the university and council to get your name corrected on the basis of 10th certificate. Since the mistake is on their part, they are duty bound to rectify it. But if any emergency is there, you may get an affidavit notarized to get the things done.
