This is with reference regarding that is joint liability exists between partners interese. I am surprised that none of the experts have knowledge regarding the partnership . Generally in partnership the the relationship between the partners fiduciary which the the experts are could not able say as far as partnership is concerned an agreement which is not consonance with the partnership act void which i hope experts by now should have knowledge when the experts could not able give answer the about the query but trying to give evading answers. Since I have given the equerry the experts woulod some some light on the subject which I have posed to the experts to gain the knowledge. Thanks for the advice of the experts.

Mr Chunduru, if you have poor perception about the experts here then please do not post query here anymore.
There are many other sites, visit there and post your problem.
Another thing, we have no intention to learn from you.

I feel this forum is utilized by layman persons in legal need and not intended to persons who know everything.

Alas...even this query (not a query but a direct rebuke on experts) is not clear. The law stated (which is believed to be the law) is also not clear.It is not clear whether the query is posted to test the knowledge of experts or a genuine query. he has stated that he himself knows the law. Experts are also human beings and bound to commit errors ok?. Nobody in this world can claim that he knows everything. Actually all of us know only a bit of the ocean of knowledge. My request is to maintain the sanctity and purity of this great web site. Please dont contaminate it.

Dear Chunduru,
I wonder, when you are able to judge well the knowledge of experts, why did you feel the need to post your query, and why you could not solve that yourself? Even otherwise also, when you are also an advocate, you are supposed to have full knowledge of the law, as you think about others to have?
Also, please intimate, if the community members here are your paid servants and are necessarily bound to reply your query, or itherwise bound to start learning afresh on your instructions after you have posted your query, as you stated, "i hope experts by now should have knowledge when the experts could not able give answer the about the query but trying to give evading answers. Other community members can also expect you, as an advocate, to have gained knowledge, yourself also, by now on the issue, if you could not get your query solved by others to your satisfaction.

It seems u hv no personal legal problem .
We try to serve needy persons , who cannot afford Advocate.
As rightly replied earlier, u r Advocate,
and u also knows we are fools here, also u r surprised that none of the experts have knowledge regarding the partnership,
why don't u reply othere's query to help them better than us. ??
We will be happy, if our querist get better solutions of their legal problem.
