You must inform your present Employer about change of your name, so that they can issue you a relieving letter in your new name.
You can use only one name. Once changed, you must notify all concern and obtain acknowledgement.

You should avoid illegal dual identity. Get the official records of your employer also changed as per your changed name before you apply for job in another organisation. Otherwise, you may also not be able to get your experience certificate from the present employer in the changed name.
