Dear Experts,

One of my Client filed NI138 Case against Funtrin nutrition Pvt Ltd, Bombay, sum of amount Rs.10 Lakhs, this case is pending before the JM Chennai, we could not serve summons, because the above named company is cheating company latterly known the fact, the above companies cheated all over india, more than 100 Crore cheated, now no one catch him, now can i organized the above victim (Looser) persons all over india and file supreme court for recovery of money from the Funtrin company, as like Sahara group. kindly suggest your valuable suggestion and ideas.

I suggest you to book a case against that company in Economic Offenses Wing, (EOW) Chennai. If there is no development, at a later stage you can get it transferred to CBI.

Or

Go for Writ Petition for directing the CBI to register the case, as the case is involved in various states.
