143 land - dakhil kharij

I have purchased a Plot which is already converted into 143. When I search the Kharsa No 947 Me in bhulekhe.up.in (Ghaziabad/Motri Village), its showing the name of Kishan (Earlier owner of property). The land conversion has been done on kishan name, after conversion the property dealer got registry on his name and he again sold to me after cutting the plot. now the registery of that plot is on my name.

Now My question is - Is Dakhil Kharij is possible on this type of land. if the land is acquired by the GDA. Then who will get the Money of land.

Is any thing need to be done against this plot, so that I will get the money of it.

if you are the owner of plot and property card shows your name you will get compensation in case land is acquired by GDA

It seems that after conversion of land, a layout has been made (i.e making the land into residential plots). You plot is one such plot. Once the agricultural land is converted into residential plotted layout, the details of holder of plots will not be reflected in Revenue records. You have to get it from the concerned Sub registrar office. The rest ajay sethi has answered you properly.

2) What is means of owner of plot and property card (The name mentioned on Registry and Property Card means Registry)-- Let me know if I am wrong.
