Kindly go through section 156 (3) cr. PC for this purpose. This application is used if the complainant wants to send his criminal complaint filed under section 200 of Cr. P. C. to concerned police station for investigation and lodging of FIR through judicial magistrate. It is independant application but it is annexed with the aforesaid complaint so it becomes very easy and only formal request is made therein specifically stating therein that if the matter is not investigated through police the complainant shall suffer such and such loss.

Mr Anonymous the 156(3) is used where a cognizable offence has been committed and the police is not registering the case than the aforesaid application along with complaint under section 200 Cr.P.C is filed before the concerned magistrate for taking cognizance of the offence and registration of the FIR.

If you don't know how to draft application under Section 156 (3)of Cr. P. C.; why you don't take advise from local advocates in your city?
