when can a court reject an application further investigation. what are the grounds necessary for further investigation.

If in the opinion of the court, the investigation seems properly conducted then such application can be got rejected.

Thank you sir.how do i convince the court that further investigation is not necessary. what grounds should i raise in objection to an application under 178(8). what grounds need to be present necessarily to invoke 173(8)
