dear sir i have filled a 239 crpc discharge application it is been pending since two years. i filled a writ petition before a honble high court of karnataka. and my petition was disposed with a direction to court below to disposed my pending application in an expeditious manner. i want a time frame. when i filled a order before the court below. the magistrate saw the order and give a long date. when my advocate said court order. the magistrate said the order is in a expeditious manner.
now can i filled writ petition of writ appeal or 482 petition. or can i fill a recall application before a high court of karnataka or can i fill a review petition before high court of karnataka please tell me

make an application before highcourt with certified copy of order sheet of magistrate, get a time frame.
