Dear lawyers please informed me truly and saved my life.
My name Ashutosh from varanasi
I loved one gujrati girl. We meet in mobile chat zone in 2009 and our relationship end 4-Dec 2013. With small fight. But she file a complaint in Ahmedabad crime branch in April 2014. with help my friend & his relative. My friend(Deepak) told ASHUTOSH I am going Ahmedabad please come with me I said why than he said my sister in law is calling you. I said okay and went there but once I reached Ahmedabad his Jija call the crime branch office & hand over me there than I realized he and his Jija kidnap me from Delhi . once I reached crime branch ,officer came and start beating me when I asked why you beating me . than They will not give me answer only they take my sign on blank white paper . after that they called my parents with my laptop once my parent's reached there they also take sign on blank paper and realized me. And with in one year they came at Varanasi and arrest me without showing warrent (and said to my father we will take him there only for enquiry you came with in day At office and we realise him) my father and me believe them and I go with them but this time they beat me more than earlier and send me to sabarmati jail. And publish paper news that I am blacking Sofi Patel lived in Ghatlodiya Ahmedabad. With morphing her photo , hacking fb etc.
After 56 days I got bail from court. Once I out from jail I got her father call on my no. But i'll not received it due to family life fear her father said I'll killed you and your family.
Now I am in fear for my family and yet my case is not start always my lawyer take new date and girl family not came in court .
And I have a problem because I all ready not complete my graduations because of that girl ,money problem and for case I am not able to fill any gov job form now I am completely over because of love.
Now I have no option to live on this earth .
If any one have any option in my case than please informed me soon because I love my life.

You have the only option to contest the case, prove yourself innocent through your lawyer and get out honourably.

You are badly stuck in the case. Unless you have counter proof of showing that the case is framed against you , only option is to contest this case which takes lot of years.
If you have proof of fabrication of documents then go for quashing.
Consult with a good criminal lawyer will all case papers.

Sir which type of document I needed ?
Because yet I don't know what crime branch officer wrote in charge sheet because everything is in gujrati language.
When I was in jail I requested video conference judge to provide me documents in Hindi or English language he and she both promise me ASHUTOSH you will get all documents in your desire language so don't worry .
But when I got charge sheet copy every thing was in gujrati language.
sir No physical relationship I made because I want to do sex after marriage but she want it now that's why we fight many times on this topic .

I'll not hide anything here my every words are true and I will not do any crime .
And yes I am looking Hindi or English version of chargesheet .specially want to know girl statement only Because I am unable to accept or I don't think she cheated me.
Please tell me how I get Hindi or English version of chargesheet.
Also want to know what judge do with girl when he or she found girl and her family guilt

allegations over me that I disturbing girl via sending valgur messages and demanding money which was completely wrong as of me .
For this I want mine and her phone calls and details once I got this I think everything thing is transparent to evey one.
One important thing crime branch officer booked Inova and spice jet aeroplane to cover Varanasi to Ahmedabad distance and fare given by girl father.

Thank sir,
I will fight case because I'll not do any thing wrong with Sofi .
But first I want to know Sofi' s statement because I don't want to hurt the respect that person with whom I love beyond of my life.

The case filed against you is to be challenged on the merits and documentary evidences in your favor.
Till now you have not made clear of the charges for the offences slapped against you. Your lawyer will be a better person to handle the case. Repose faith in him/her.

Please tell me how can I get 5years [april 2009 to Dec -2013] mobile calls details.
because Case IO not provided any details in chargesheet .
and Also please tell me how I get airport CCTV footage because they use Inova car and airoplane to cover VNS to ahmedabad distance. And I don' t think Indian gov spent lot of money in my case
