A neiber aunty alligator against my brother that she was raped by him, though that was not the case. Therefore he surrender himself to the local PS. After then he got bail. Actualy raped was not occurred on that day.aunty age near about 33yrs and my brother is now 28yrs.How can we proceed with the Case to proved that the allegations was fall's?

What is the opinion and advise of your lawyer who got your brother bailed out and knows all the details of case. If you donot enjoy faith in him/her (your brother's lawyer)change immediately.
Consult and engage another local lawyer for poroer analysis, guidance and proceeding.

In such a case normally Police send the victim for Medical examination and injury report.Pl. obtain a certified copy of the same to prove your point. You have also mentioned that your brother works in Police Deptt. and as asked for by the Experts pl. let u know whether he was suspended by the deptt. consequent upon his arrest.

It is not clear from the query whether your brother is placed under suspension consequent to arrest or not. If suspended, after release on bail, it is the discretion of he department to reinstate him into service or not, pending final out of the criminal case.
How can we proceed with the Case to prove that the allegations was false?
Without going through the charge sheet, it can be said how to defend your case. Your advocate will be able to give advice on this aspect. Fight the case on merits.
