Wife filed false dvc in 2015 she submitted fabricated injuries photos and forged doctor's writting and signature. We filed a case on wife regarding this false evidence and perjury we filed this in court during lawyers skrite in our state. We havent got any date regarding this so far. When we asked about this our counsel has not given any clarification. How can we know the status of this case? If not admitted what should i do

If the strike is still going on then you are not likely to get progress of the case.
However if you have got any doubt you can always visit the court and take information from court staff about the present position.

If your lawyer is not cooperating you may visit the office of the court where you have filed the said case and enquire the details in person.
You can get to know the status of the case on enquiry from the staff dealing with the court cases of that court.
