If husband can prove the 498a is false then what panishment for wife & her relatives ?
can husband can make police complaint against wife & her relatives who are filled 498a?
can husband get compensation for false 498a?

if the husband is able to prove that the case is false then the complainant can be prosecuted for perjury and now it also forms a good basis for divorce.

the allegation of the wife is proved to be false than you are acquited and have an opportunity to file for the divorce on cruelty ground you have also option to file for defamation case against the complainant.
There is no specific compensation awarded for the acquital from 498A.
The complaint is quashed than you have the option for getting the consent for withdrawing all allegations and disolving the marriage by consent.

i am already filled divorce case at mumbai
she filled in supreme court for transfer of case near to her parents house
then she applied maintance u/s 24 at mumbai
then she applied maintance u/s 125crpc at sikar court,
now she filled 498a, 406 agaist me my patents & my married sister & younger brother
